Jo-Lydia's Order Form
To order patterns from Jo-Lydia’s Attic, use the form below to list the number of copies of each and then calculate the amount due, including shipping costs as outlined below.
Note: All funds must be sent by check or money order in US funds.
Foreign orders, contact barbara@joyofsewing.com, including pattern names and quantities desired and you will receive a total plus shipping by return e-mail. All payments must be sent in US funds.
US Orders
Add $3.00 shipping and handling for a single pattern.
For each additional pattern in your order, add $.50 shipping.
For example, if you are ordering a total of 3 patterns, your shipping cost would be $4.00; that is $2.00 for the first pattern and $.50 for each of the additional two patterns.
Note: If you prefer Priority Mail and you are ordering no more than six patterns, simply add $5.00 for shipping to the pattern total and specify priority shipping on your order.
Canadian orders
Add $4.00 shipping for a single pattern.
Add $1.00 shipping for each additional pattern.
